Amal Joy Arkulasseril - Founder | CEO
I’m Amal Joy Arkulasseril, the founder of CWC, established in 2017. After completing my M.Phil in Physical Education, I began my career as a Physical Education Teacher at a government school in Kerala, India. While the role was meaningful, I felt a strong pull toward a more creative path and chose to follow my passion. Starting from my hometown, Alappuzha, Kerala, I transitioned into wedding photography, where I discovered my true calling—capturing genuine emotions and real moments of happiness. What began as a personal journey gradually evolved into CWC, a growing team committed to authentic and heartfelt storytelling. Today, as I lead the company, I continue to personally shoot weddings, staying closely connected to the work I love and the moments that inspire me the most.

What started as a small creative pursuit gradually evolved into a trusted name in wedding photography and cinematography across Kerala and beyond. Our Team
Eliza Elizabeth – Managing Director
Eliza Elizabeth began her professional journey as an Behaviour Therapist, dedicating her time to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. While her work was deeply fulfilling, she decided to explore new opportunities and broaden her horizons. In 2022, she transitioned into the creative industry by joining CWC as a Financial Manager. With a strong sense of organization, leadership, and vision, Eliza quickly became an integral part of the company’s growth. Her dedication and ability to manage operations efficiently led to her promotion as Managing Director in 2024. Today, Eliza plays a key role in overseeing destination weddings and managing international clients, ensuring every project is executed seamlessly with a high standard of professionalism. Her journey reflects adaptability, growth, and a commitment to excellence—making her an essential force behind CWC’s continued success.
Harikrishnan - Creative director
Harikrishnan is the Creative Director at CWC, bringing a unique blend of strategic thinking and artistic vision to every celebration. With an MBA background, he combines strong business insight with a deep understanding of client expectations, ensuring each wedding is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. As a skilled animator, Harikrishnan adds a distinctive creative edge to the company’s work, transforming ideas into visually compelling experiences. His expertise allows him to conceptualize themes, storytelling elements, and immersive designs that make every wedding not just an event, but a memorable visual journey. Driven by creativity and precision, he leads the creative direction of the brand, shaping elegant, meaningful, and personalized celebrations that truly reflect each couple’s story.
Shijo Joseph - Lead Story Editor
Shijo Joseph leads the wedding videography editing department at CWC and serves as the main lead story editor, known for his keen eye for detail and strong storytelling sense. Holding a Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, he brings a structured and precise approach to his work, ensuring clarity, rhythm, and finesse in every frame. He transforms raw footage into emotionally engaging wedding stories that beautifully capture the essence of each celebration, playing a key role in defining the visual quality and signature style of our work.
Achu Asok - Narrative Designer
Achu Asok is the creative force behind narrative design at CWC , leading the writing department with a strong sense of storytelling and cinematic vision. With an MA in English Literature and a language diploma from Chiang Mai University, Thailand, he brings over a decade of experience in content writing, including work as a content and movie review writer for leading websites. A passionate writer, language trainer, and screenplay enthusiast who has also worked on short films, Achu blends emotion, structure, and drama to shape each project’s narrative, guiding edits and shoots to ensure every wedding film reflects both the client’s vision and the company’s creative depth.
Jobin V Thankachan - Filmmaker
Jobin T Thankanchan is a videographer at CWC, known for his work in destination weddings and his ability to capture moments as they naturally unfold. With a strong focus on live, candid storytelling, he brings an energetic and immersive feel to every wedding film, ensuring each frame reflects genuine emotions and real experiences. He holds a B.Com degree in Commerce with Computer Applications.He left behind a conventional career path to pursue videography out of pure passion, a decision that reflects in his dedication and creative approach behind the camera.
Adarsh - Candid Photographer
Adharsh is a candid photographer at CWC, recognized for capturing genuine emotions and meaningful moments with a natural storytelling approach. His photography style focuses on real connections, subtle expressions, and timeless memories that unfold effortlessly throughout the celebration. After completing his ITI studies, Adharsh chose to follow his passion for wedding photography and began his creative journey with CWC. With dedication, creativity, and a strong eye for candid moments, he continues to bring authenticity and emotion to every story he captures.
Arjun - Lead Filmmaker
Arjun is a lead wedding filmmaker at CWC, known for crafting visually striking and emotionally rich wedding films. His storytelling goes beyond documentation — every frame is thoughtfully composed to capture the depth, energy, and authenticity of each moment. With a foundation in Computer Hardware Engineering, Arjun chose to step away from a conventional path to pursue his passion for filmmaking. That bold decision is reflected in his distinctive style, blending cinematic visuals with real, unscripted emotions. At CWC, Arjun stands as a leading creative force, transforming weddings into timeless films that feel as powerful as the memories themselves.
